Conditioning

For time:

Complete 200 hundred jumping lunges.
Each time you break do 3 Supine Nutcrackers.

OR

Complete 150 hundred jumping lunges.
Each time you break do 4 supine nutcrackers.

OR

Complete 100 hundred jumping lunges.
Each time you break do 5 supine nutcrackers.
