Mobility

  • Hip flexor series (8 x 4 sec hold each) x 4
    • Lunge forward hip press
    • Side lean in lunge
    • Backwards lean in lunge
    • Plank to lunge
    • Straighten back leg of kneeling lunge (keep hips down)
